🗳️ Contract Ratification Voting Begins TODAY 🗳️

Ratification voting for your contract begins this morning. You can review the Tentative Agreement (fully indexed and cleaned-up version coming soon). Translated summaries of the Tentative Agreement are available in Spanish and Chinese. Your Bargaining Team is also sharing a list of all pay grades. Those highlighted are the ones we were able to move up in bargaining.

A vote YES will codify the Tentative Agreement as our chapter’s first collective bargaining agreement!

Make your voice heard with your vote! The more turnout and participation we get, the more power we build. Your Bargaining Team recommends we ratify this agreement – the result of countless hours of surveying, organizing, and negotiations over the last 18 months.
