Reclassification and JLMC updates

Joint Labor Management Committee (JLMC)
The first meeting was on January 13th. Several CAT and Bargaining Team members along with Elizabeth Travelslight (Field Representative, SEIU Local 1021) represented your union and Michael Costanzo, Saba Kraja, Natalie Torchia, and Summer Britt represented CAS management.

The JLMC worked on the remaining edits to the final contract draft, discussing a schedule for future meetings, and suggested topics for future meetings. You can read the notes here.

Reclassification
Your Bargaining Team met with Management on January 5th and 12th to gather information about management’s approach and decision making process. Management's goal is to send out decision memos by the end of the month. Reclassification can also be discussed at the JLMC to work towards a fair promotion process in the future.
